The 11 x 17 poster is on sale for $8.47 at the company website for a limited time. It's normally $19.99 is stores.

Tomy A.R.T.S. has stealthily released these Kirby Epic Yarn metal keychains to market, and they are simply beautiful. While I do enjoy the innovation of the merchandise for this title with the yarn-like plushes and patches, these metal painted keychains really let the art shine.
I haven't been able to find an online retailer that is selling these, but they have been slowly appearing on Yahoo Japan Auctions.
Here's a neat thought: tap into the throngs of folks making customs out of "blank" figures like Munnys, Dunnys, etc., and brand it with a customizable game title.
That's exactly what Mezco has done, bringing the customizing nature of LittleBigPlanet to the figure world. People can paint, add to, and throw stickers on these Do-It-Yourself Sackboys. Arms, legs, and heads even move, which is something missing from most blank figures out there. The preset texture may throw some people off, but the character needs to be recognizable.
These are due out in June, but there is no pricing info. Based on previous Mezco offerings, provided scale is similar, the pricing should be between $10 and $15.
New Super Mario Bros. Wii takes another page from Super Mario World merchandising with this playland
Super Mario World had a fantastic flood of merchandise to accompany the game when it came out in Japan, and several of the same items are getting a new face all these years later with New Super Mario Bros. Wii. One of these games was named "Dinosaur Escape Super Mario Land".
Epoch brings back this table game with "New Super Mario Bros. Wii Exciting Adventure Game" and gives it its shiny new face, adding some keen Mario-themed obstacles that one must overcome using the simple buttons on the bottom of the contraption. The buttons control speed and acceleration.
There are 13 obstacles all together, and three ways to play with different challenging objectives. The first is obvious, getting the four balls to the goals. The second has you go to each goal with one ball, "rescuing" the other three balls. The third is a coin and star collecting challenge. Each game has its own configuration on the machine.
The New Super Mario Bros. Wii Exciting Adventure Game will be ~¥4500 (or ~$56) and also requires two AA batteries.
No objections here!
Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth characters will be seeing some character straps released in May and June respectively for the tenth anniversary of the Ace Attorney series.
Fans should be very satisfied as all the great characters from the series are here for your trading pleasure.
Phoenix Wright set:
Miles Edgeworth set:
Franziska von Karma
These are up for pre-order at your favorite import shop, so get going! They average about ¥4500 each, or about $55.
More pics after the break.
McFarlane Toys, for the tenth anniversary of the original Halo game Halo: Combat Evolved, is releasing this figure. See something odd about it? Well, don't alter your computer's resolution, because this deliberately low-res version of Master Chief is meant to look polygonal, just as Master Chief appeared on the original Xbox.
It would be nice for more characters to get this treatment with their anniversaries, seeing how they appeared in-game and in the art through the years.
This figure is scheduled for release in September this year, and several stores already have pre-orders up.
The last game starring Jak was Jak X: Combat Racing in 2005, and the last game starring Daxter was . . . Daxter, in 2006. Yet, here we are in 2011 and are now seeing figures of both characters being released by Diamond Select Toys.
Sure, Playstation Move Heroes is slated for March 22nd, but it seems like weird timing for the duo.
Speaking of weird, have you see Jak's face? Daxter looks spot-on though. Just too bad he's not articulated.
There are no details yet for release date or price, but the duo will be packaged together. Hopefully there's still time for a little reconstructive surgery.

Available NOW at the K'NEX store are some of the best Mario-related items to ever surface. Mario Kart Wii K'NEX.
Yoshi, Mario, and Luigi riding karts are $19.99, and Mario and Luigi on bikes are $9.99.
On the site, the racetrack that we saw at Toy Fair 2011 is visible, now with Thwomps! This track is slated for June. I'm really surprised that nobody picked up on this at the show. I mean . . . MARIO K'NEX MAN!
It looks like they are prepared to go fully nuts on this brand, which I approve of greatly. Maybe they'll pick up some other game licenses as well. One can dream, and now I can dream even harder knowing one came true!
Entertainment Earth has posted a listing for a Batman and Two-Face figure set based on the character designs from Batman Arkham City.
The figures are set to release in July, which is actually before the game's release. The price is set at $30.99 over at EE. They state that both details are subject to change.
The figures will be six inches, which is in keeping with the Arkham Asylum line. They are "highly articulated", and are highly detailed.
A listing at several sites online is showing another enemy keychain set for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and I finally found a photo to go with the listing. While the photo uses the in-game character models, we can see what the set may look like. Just keep in mind that it's definitely subject to change.
Still, we see our very first Fuzzy and Parabeetle (my favorite SMB enemy). The Bob-omb and Mecha Koopa are sure to be popular as well. Not sure if we need another Dry Bones though, but oh well.
Latendo shows the listing as a June 2011 release date from Takara.
Hobby Link Japan shows this set as a May pre-order, with a box of 15 pieces costing ¥1,200 (~$15).
Nintendo loves releasing quirky items with the design of their old consoles and accessories. This time, the Nintendo controllers will emit a ray of light. Previously, there have been some Famicom controllers released that do this same thing, but Nintendo has expanded this set to include other controllers. The question is, where is the Gamecube controller?
Hobby Link Japan has a listing stating that this set will release in June, and their pre-orders will start in May.
A box of 10 pieces is listed there at ¥1,600 (~$20), so it can be assumed that they will be blind-boxed and random.
Thanks Sleepy Snake!
MegaHouse has announced a “Game Characters Collection Mini” series that has chibi-styled figures of Mega Man, his enemies, and various weapon colors. Twelve are in the first series, and that includes a special figure (that looks to be Rock without a helmet) and an E tank. You can see each individual figure here at their site. I'm loving the Skull Man and Snake Man.
AmiAmi already has them for pre-order. A case will apparently net you a complete set. Otherwise it may be hard to track down all of these, as they will most likely be blind-boxed and random.
These will be released mid June 2011, and they will be ~¥399 each, or about $4.75.
Pac-Man, and his new redesign from Pac-Man Party, are making there way to Wendy's Kids Meals.
The toys mainly focus on the classic look, even though the promotion is for the new game. No problem there. There's ghosts and even an old-school game board.
Pac-Man Hide and Seek - Hide the Pac-Man ball under ghosts.
Pac-Man Bowling - Wind up Pac-Man and bowl him into the ghost paper stand-ups.
Pac-Man Tag Game - Clip tags onto people and play chase.
Pac-Man Dash Game - Another windup that turns and swivels.
Pac-Man Maze Craze - Board Game with instructions to play multiple types of games.
Wendy's Site - click on "toys".
Thanks to Sleepy Snake and Yam!
If the previous set just wasn't enough for you, Bandai has announced another set of New Super Mario Bros. Wii Sound drops. Sound drops are one of my favorite ideas for game merch, so as long as they keep making them I'll keep buying them.
Hit the jump for the sound list.
Retailers can now order these sets from Banpresto, meaning they will appear in stores shortly. We can now confirm what we say at Toy Fair 2011, seeing four Yoshi varieties and Blue and Yellow Toad. It seems Mario and Luigi are along for another ride too.
Inside Games has revealed which character fills that big question mark hole. THWOMP! The link below also shows how to put together the Spike figure. Complicated! Looks like these will be a lot of fun!
It may be a bit rudimentary and tough to navigate, but make no mistake! There is plenty of great stuff to be had here (even if a lot of the good stuff is already taken!
He's been selling plenty of Atari items for years, but also has an impressive array of display signs, promo items, and one-of-a-kind video game items.
Have fun shopping!
